Lee Grochmal has been practicing law since 1994. She has represented numerous clients in municipal, district, juvenile and superior courts of both Whatcom and Skagit Counties. She has argued successfully before the Washington Supreme Court and is licensed to practice in United States District Court. Tom Fryer has practiced law since 1993, with an intensive focus on the most serious criminal cases. Tom has represented hundreds of people charged with all types of felony and misdemeanor crimes in Whatcom and Skagit Counties, including successful jury verdicts for a client charged with murder, and for another client charged with importing over a ton of marijuana across the Canadian border into the United States.
